I'm standing on the shore,
feeling a gust of wind,
and fresh water at my feet.
I accept everything as it is.
No expectations. No judgment.
Without wishing it to be different.
How nice that you are here!
Everyone experiences mindfulness differently. There's no set framework we must adopt to be mindful. In a world of pressure, expectations, and a fast-paced life, mindfulness offers us the opportunity to simply be and accept what's happening around us and within ourselves with curiosity and acceptance, without judgment. Each of my returns to what's mine, what's here and now - we call mindfulness. It is the sum of small returns. I'd love to tell you about it and show you how to incorporate it into your everyday life.
About me
My name is Justyna Rolirad and I am a certified mindfulness trainer for parents. I began my mindfulness journey in 2019. That same year, I became a mother and quickly realized it was the most challenging role I'd ever had. Thanks to mindfulness, I've achieved inner peace, rediscovered joy in everyday life and motherhood, developed greater body awareness, and learned tools that bring relief, such as self-compassion and connected meditation. I received my certification from the Mindfull Association Poland in 2024.
Since then, I've been conducting mindfulness sessions for companies and individual clients. Privately, I'm the mother of Ignaś (6) and Staś (3).

Offer
My experience with mindfulness is mainly based on working with parents and women.
I organize meetings for both companies and individual clients in Polish and English all around the world.

Sessions for companies
I offer mindfulness sessions for companies on a wide range of topics. I create sessions tailored to the needs of participants, and I also have experience working with leaders. I answer questions about why mindfulness has become increasingly important in the age of AI and how to incorporate it into everyday work.
Sessions for women
I regularly organize women's circles in the workplace, creating a space for participants to share experiences and connect with themselves and their bodies. During sessions, I offer tools that allow them to delve deeper into themselves and notice what is present.
Sessions for parents
I offer a 10-week course "Mindful Compassionate Parenting" for businesses and individuals. During the course, we journey together through mindfulness, self-compassion, and gaining a positive perspective.
More about the program
The "Mindful Compassionate Parenting" program was created by German child psychiatrist, therapist, and father of four, Jörg Mangold . Jörg developed his own program, integrating and expanding upon elements of various research-based mindfulness courses, such as MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion). The result is Mindful Compassionate Parenting (MCP®) - a program for parents that helps them respond more caringly and compassionately to both their own needs and those of their children, even in the face of everyday challenges.
The "Mindful Compassionate Parenting" program supports parents in building a more conscious, accepting relationship with their children. It helps develop mindfulness, understanding, and compassion for themselves and their loved ones, strengthens family bonds, and teaches effective stress management. It also fosters the development of inner resources, a sense of happiness, and a deeper connection with oneself.

The program consists of 10 sessions, each 1.5 hours long. Each session focuses on a slightly different topic. Participants embark on a journey, initially developing mindfulness, learning self-compassion, and then developing a positive perspective.
1. Discovering mindfulness and stress reactivity.
2. Mindfulness, stress, evolution.
3. Stress and the parenting traps of optimization.
4. Self-compassion - our inner strength.
5. Compassion as motivation for yourself as a parent.
6. Four attitudes that support parental balance.
7. Developing a positive perspective.
8. Family life and conflicts.

The course is intended for everyone, regardless of their level of advancement in mindfulness.
